(was held Feb. 23, 2007 3:00 pm-4:30 pm)

Have you ever thought about taking a sabbatical, and weren't sure it was right for you? Perhaps you wondered if you could afford to take time away from your day to day reponsibilities or you know you want to go, but are unsure of how to fund such an effort. To answer some of these questions, the CALS Faculty Association has organized a Forum on Sabbaticals at the Hahn Pavillion (behind the Hort Gardens) on Friday Feb. 23, from 3:00 - 4:30 PM.

We have assembled a panel of Faculty and Administrators who have a perspective they are willing to share with all faculty in the College: Faculty Prespective: Greg Welbaum (HORT), Ozzie Abaye (CSES), Everett Peterson (Ag. Econ.), and Kurt Stephenson (Ag. Econ.) Department Head Perspective: Steve Hodges (CSES) College Administration Perspective: Mary Marchant (Assoc. Dean and Director of Academic Programs) *All faculty are invited to attend. No registration is needed. Light snacks will be offered.
